Shipping within Switzerland

LOOP is a Swiss marketplace. The shipping fees quoted always refer to domestic shipping. Shipping within Switzerland is insured in accordance with the shipping fees and conditions of Swiss Post.

International Shipping

Sales/shipping abroad are only possible after prior consultation with the seller. To do so, the seller must be contacted via LOOP chat.

Darlin GmbH, i.e. loop-marketplace.ch, excludes any responsibility and liability for shipments abroad. Loop-marketplace.ch does not handle customs clearance. The liability and declaration of goods for international shipping is the sole responsibility of the seller and buyer. In the event of disputes or delivery problems with international shipments, loop-marketplace.ch is not entitled to provide assistance.

Returns

In principle, there is no right to return goods. If the delivered item clearly differs from the description and photos, please send a written complaint to info@loop-marketplace.ch within 48 hours of receiving the goods. If the complaint is accepted, you will receive a refund.
