The story of LOOP

With the birth of my first child, my everyday life changed and so did my wardrobe.
During this phase, I sorted out my closet and went to numerous second-hand boutiques and online resellers with four boxes full of barely worn and mint condition branded clothing to sell the items.
To my astonishment, the offers were only a small fraction of the actual resale value of my branded items, as most retailers keep a commission of up to 70% for themselves. After this frustrating experience, the idea of a marketplace for pre-owned premium and luxury goods matured, offering customers not only a nice and safe shopping experience with excellent service, but also exceptional conditions with a low commission rate of only 20%.

My vision is to convey the joy of the pre-owned market to my LOOP community. To achieve this, customer satisfaction and trustworthiness are my top priorities, as well as contributing to a sustainable approach to fashion consumption. LOOP carries the importance of sustainability in its name; an infinite loop as a symbol for a closed consumer cycle.
