Self-Seller

You can sell your items yourself on LOOP. We take a fair commission of 20% for every item sold.

Consignment

We are also open for consignment sales. This means that we get items from our customers, offer them for sale for a limited period of time and return them to the customer if they are not sold. Please note that in this case too, your share may be lower than if you were to sell your items yourself via LOOP. We take care of good photos, manage the items and all inquiries about them until the item is sold.

Payment processing

When a purchase is made by credit card or another payment method, our payment service provider splits the amount, whereby your personal and LOOP's profit share (i.e. the commission) is automatically settled.

Payment protection (Trusted Checkout)

For LOOP, the protection of payments is a top priority. That is why we work together with Stripe, the world's leading payment service provider. After a purchase on LOOP, your money remains securely in an escrow account until you have received the item. Only then, or at the latest after the period defined in the terms and conditions, is the payment released for the seller.

Trusted Checkout is free of charge for our customers.
